Delivery & Returns

US DELIVERY

  • We offer free delivery to the whole of the United States for all paintings over $250.
  • All orders are dispatched within 7 business days.
  • Average shipping times range between 5 and 10 business days but please allow longer during busy periods. 
  • Commissioned works and special orders will take longer, but an approximate time scale will be given at the time of purchase.
  • All unframed prints are hand-rolled and shipped in a postal tube.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  • For delivery outside of the US, please email us directly at contact@mauriceanthonyart.com to discuss availability.

(International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery arrives in its destination country. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.)

PICK UP SERVICE

  • We offer a pick up service from our studio in Edmond, Oklahoma. 
  • Please select pick up at checkout and reach out to us at contact@mauriceanthonyart.com once the order has been placed.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

  • You may request to cancel an order for artwork within 24 hours of it being placed by emailing us.
  • You have 14 days after the day you receive the artwork to change your mind and return for a full refund.
  • This right to return does not apply to artwork that is bespoke, made to order, personalized, purchased as part of a timed release, or commissioned in any way. Such works are non-refundable and returns or cancellations will not be accepted for such works.
  • To exercise your right of return within 14 days of receipt please email us with the Order Number,  Artwork title, Reason for return and Request for exchange or refund. The artwork must be returned in the condition that it was delivered to you and in its original packaging. If the artwork is damaged you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • The cost of return will be covered by you unless the artwork is damaged upon receipt. You will be held liable for any damage to the artwork caused on return, or anytime after the artwork is delivered to you.
  • All refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method used by you to pay.
  • In the event that you are seeking to return the artwork due to damage, you must include detailed clear photographs of any damaged areas of the artwork, as well as the original packaging it was delivered in.
