Lake Hefner

Framed: 35.5" x 47.5"

Medium: Acrylic on Vinyl

In Lake Hefner, I wanted to capture the lightning storm over the lake, when dense, diffused light presses pink and gray into the sky and the lighthouse remains steady through the shifting weather. The reflections soften across the water, giving the scene a charged, almost suspended stillness.
